Polypropylene silk production process

Polypropylene (PP Polypropylene) is a rising star in synthetic fibers, the scientific name of polypropylene fiber. Polypropylene silk production process is simple, there is "one-step spinning" "two-step spinning." From propylene as a raw material by polymerization, and its raw material modification, melt spinning, spinning melt filtration, air cooling, winding, fiber obtained. Compared with the "two-step spinning" production process, the "one-step spinning" and the "two-step spinning" have the characteristics of less land occupation, less personnel, and low cost. The problem is that the strength of the polypropylene yarn produced by the "one-step spinning" process is relatively low. Therefore, it is very important to modify the raw materials thereof. At present, a method for manufacturing polypropylene multifilament yarn is used. It is characterized by using a polypropylene resin having a melt flow index MFI=5-40 and a molecular weight distribution index MWD<7, and spinning at 400-1600/minute. The spinning yarn was formed, and then two-stage drawing and twisting were performed in a spindle-type traction and twisting machine to obtain a high-strength polypropylene filament having a multifilament fineness of 400-1600 dtex.
Polypropylene filaments are nearly flammable, flammable, flammable, slowly burning from the fire, and emitting black smoke. The upper flame is yellow and the lower end is blue. It emits a flavor of oil. After burning, the ash is hard round yellow-brown particles, and the handkerchief is fragile. Due to the simple production process, the products are cheap, the strength is high, and the relative density is light. At present, it is the fourth largest variety of synthetic fibers and the lightest fiber among common chemical fibers. However, it has poor thermal stability, is not resistant to sunlight, and is susceptible to aging and brittleness. For this reason, anti-aging agents are often added to polypropylene.
Uses: Can be used to weave a variety of knitwear such as knit socks, gloves, knitwear, knit pants, dish cloth, mosquito net cloth, bedding, warm stuffing, wet diapers and so on. Rugs, fishing nets, canvases, hoses, concrete reinforcements, etc.

Tpr Sole is the same kind of sole made of the same raw material. It's called TPR, but its name is different

TPR sole is a kind of polymer material which is blended and modified by thermoplastic elastomer SBS and other functional aids. It is processed by extrusion, injection molding and molding, and then formed. It has the advantages of antiskid, low temperature resistance, strong bending, good air permeability, small density and strong bonding strength
