Third, flat screen printing
Flat screen printing equipment is mainly divided into two categories, namely, net-driven flat screen printing and flat screen printing.
1. Web-based early network printing
Commonly used in the printing and dyeing plant is the manual platen printing (commonly known as platen printing). The length of the platen is generally tens of meters to nearly 100 meters. The fabric to be printed is first attached to a fixed hot platen. During printing, the screen is manually moved. When the screen moves to a specified position, it is positioned with a regular hole. Both hands completed the squeegee action with a scraper on the screen and then removed the screen, completing the printing of the individual colors in order. The printed fabric is dried on a hot platen and then manually removed, and steam-fixed using a special cage steamer. The whole process of this manual printing method is based on the manual operation of the operators. It has high labor intensity and low production efficiency. It has been eliminated by large-scale printing and dyeing plants, but there are certain traditional markets and advantages for printing such as headscarves, scarves and handkerchiefs. .
2. Placement flat screen printing machine
Most of the current flat screen printing machines refer to fully automated flat screen printing. When printing, the fabric is pasted on the rubber belt with a patch glue. As the rubber belt is moved forward intermittently into the cloth, multiple flat screens (in accordance with the number of colors) are automatically lifted and the automatic squeegee is used to complete the multi-color printing on the fabric.
