In January last year, Henan Xinye Textile Co., Ltd., one of the top 20 companies in the textile industry in the country, financed the acquisition of Xinjiang Tianshan Textile Group and established Xinjiang Yuhua Textile Technology Co., Ltd. The 110,000 spindle high-end spinning project started this time is a new project of Xinjiang Yuhua's layout in the north of Xinjiang. The total investment of the project is 350 million yuan. After it is put into production at the end of the year, it can achieve an annual output of 13,800 tons of high-grade combed knotless yarn with an output value of 400 million yuan.

“In the second half of this year, we will also invest 400 million yuan in Hutubi County, add 110,000 spindle ring spindles, and eventually reach a scale of 300,000 spindles,” said Luo Rongqing, deputy general manager of Xinjiang Yuhua Textile Technology Co., Ltd.

More and more companies have captured the favorable opportunities in the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang. Hutubi County, a county with strong cotton production, has 33 Zhahua factories and can process 350,000 tons of lint annually; there are 9 textile and garment processing enterprises with a designed production capacity of 250,000 spindles of cotton and various types of knitted products. Cloth 5000 tons. Hutubi County has been listed as one of the “seven gardens” in the “three cities, seven parks and one center” of the Xinjiang textile and garment industry.

Xie Qing, deputy director of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Economic and Information Commission, said that the current policy support effect is gradually showing up. In the first half of this year, Korla's 1 million spindles and Aksu's nearly 800,000 spindles project have started construction. The Kuitun 2.4 million spindle textile project will also be launched recently. The upsurge of investment in Xinjiang's textile and apparel industry to Xinjiang is taking shape.

This year, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has developed and employed 67,000 people. In northern and southern Xinjiang, many rural surplus laborers have entered the textile and garment industry to achieve employment.

In 2014, Ayiguli, in Pishan County, Hotan Prefecture, resigned from the temporary work of the Land Bureau and entered the assistant director of Hetian Shangyi Garment Co., Ltd. At present, the company has hired more than 1,100 local employees, almost all of which are surplus laborers in Pishan County.

As of the end of last year, Xinjiang's cotton spinning capacity was 7.6 million spindles. In the first half of this year, the total production capacity of the construction of cotton spinning projects in the entire region has reached 5.82 million spindles, and 4.12 million spindles have been put into operation during the year. It is expected that 18 million spindles of cotton spinning capacity can be achieved in the next two years.
