Q: First of all, congratulations to TINA GIA for winning the 2016 Autumn Winter Shanghai Fashion Week Best Organization Management Award. In addition, this time, TINA GIA has been on the Shanghai Fashion Week for the third time, and the brand has demonstrated the orderly management, organization and coordination capabilities during the release of the work, sharing some of the stories behind us.

A: I am very grateful to Shanghai Fashion Week for this honor! Shanghai Fashion Week itself is a mature platform that provides good soft and hard conditions for all participating brands. After many cooperations with Shanghai Fashion Week, TINA GIA fully absorbed some of its previous experience, so it was able to prepare adequately and made estimates and expectations for some situations. Therefore, the entire organization process appeared to be relatively smooth. Whether it is liaising with the major media, deploying the flow sheet, or even getting ready for print and online promotion earlier, we have all set aside plenty of time and manpower. Here I would also like to thank everyone in the team for their hard work in the early stage and on the spot, which together contributed to the ultimate satisfaction.

In terms of coordination, what do you think is the most important factor in the period?

A: I think the most important one is a clear division of labor, and the second is the attention to detail. A clear division of labor can ensure that our staff members are all on the ground and know each other well. For this reason, we have prepared a layout plan and a division of labor list so that everyone can clearly know their tasks and the synchronization of others. The details are the key to the success or failure. We repeatedly consider the problems that arise in the process. We control the site's time. We control the location to the guest's position. We do not hesitate to repeatedly determine and communicate with the parties. Repeated work does not ignore every small part. Of course, these are ultimately inseparable from the unity of the entire team, the high enthusiasm and cautious and responsible attitude.

Q: Won this award (Shanghai Fashion Week 2016 autumn and winter best organization management award), how can the brand's future development help?

A: For us, it is certainly a great support and encouragement! It also strengthens the visibility of the TINA GIA brand through the Shanghai Fashion Week to enhance the national and international scope.

Q: TINA GIA has already established the brand style and positioning. What are some new actions and plans in the future? Please share with us?

A: With the development of the brand, we are still entering the country's first-line Shopping Mall, department store format, settled in Beijing Shin Kong Place in the second half of the year, will quickly promote the TINA GIA brand market share.
