Recently, the Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine conducted a special supervision and inspection on children's products such as baby carriages, plush toys and children's clothing produced by our province. The results showed that the quality of products such as plush toys and strollers was good, and the passing rates of infants and children's clothing were only Qi Cheng. Plush toys, baby carriage product quality has improved. The spot checks involved in the production of our province five batches of baby products and 40 batches of plush toy products, of which stroller product quality is good, the sampling pass rate of 100%. Plush toys qualified 39 batches of products, the sample pass rate was 97.5%, the main reason for the failure of the filler material found in some fiber products scraps. From the sampling results, the quality of children's toys in our province has improved. Infant and children's clothing fiber content, pH value, color fastness failure is the three major problems. Spot checks involving the province of Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan and other places produced baby and children's clothing production enterprises 30 30 batches of products, after inspection, qualified 22 batches, the sampling pass rate of 73.3%. The spot checks found the problems are: First, the fiber content of unqualified, the main reason is the production of raw materials purchase less stringent control, the lack of related testing equipment and technology, raw materials can not be tested. Second, the pH value is unqualified, mainly because manufacturers do not pay attention to product quality, and even reduce production costs, reduce the production process at will, do not fully washed and weak acid neutralization.
