Overview

Using sulfone staple fiber or aramid fiber as raw material, a needle-punched non-woven filter material is used. When manufacturing, it can be used as a base fabric or it can be used as a base cloth, depending on the application requirements of the product. Highly demanding products need to be laid down into the base fabric. The base fabric is woven from arylene sulfonamide staple yarns with a mass per unit area of ​​300-800 g/m2. The main properties of the filter are as follows: the temperature resistance is higher than 200°C, the dust filter particle diameter is more than 5μm, the dust removal efficiency is 70%~90%, and the air resistance is 50~150Pa. Mainly used in metallurgy, chemical and other industrial systems of hot air purification equipment.
