Formulate and implement a discharge concentration limit standard for printing and dyeing wastewater

A few days ago, Shaoxing County Printing and Dyeing Industry Association's “Development and Implementation of the Union Standard for the Drainage Concentration Limit of Dyeing and Dyeing Industry Drainage Network” and “Promoting Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Printing and Dyeing Industry” project successfully applied for the 2012 provincial industrial and service industry standardization project.

It is understood that the project will promote the Alliance's standards into 12 pilot companies and translate them into enterprise standards, which will be recorded by the Bureau of Quality Supervision of the People's Republic of China as a basis for discharging wastewater into the network. Further improve and transform the company's sewage treatment equipment to reduce the concentration of sewage into the network. The formulation and implementation of this project, in conjunction with the implementation of the national environmental protection policy, has played a catalytic role in achieving energy-saving emission reduction targets and improving industrial competitiveness.

The reporter learned from the County Quality Supervision Bureau that in addition to the Union Standard of the County Printing and Dyeing Association, the county also has 4 projects including Shaoxing County Drainage Co., Ltd.'s “Standardization Pilot Station for Wastewater Collection and Transportation Service in the Printing and Dyeing Industry of China Textile City Industrial Cluster District”. The declaration, which accounted for five-sixths of the city's declared number in Shaoxing, hit a record high.
